Chris left this review of BlueHost, he hasn't had a good time:

The server hosting my domain is down will be down for almost 6 hours they say. This means I've got no email until they can rebuild the server.

I've been told my server had a power failure and the system came back up with corruptions. Very poor hardware planning. Apparently there's no UPS and/or no redundant power supply.

The 'who cares' attitude of tech support didn't do much to inspire confidence either. consider yourself warned.
