Jake is having a bad time at BlueHost, here is what he had to say:
I had an issue with email and I called them about 4 or 5 times over a couple of
months this year, every time the answer was they would look into it get
get back to me. They never once got back to me or improved the load
times. After a couple of months of this I finally asked if they could
move my account to a new server, as I could see that websites hosted on
box106.bluehost.com were much slower than other boxes at bluehost. Load
times on the new server have been acceptable so far.
