Roger has been having some major problems with BlueHost, especially their support.
    I’ve been a BlueHost customer for 18 months. I’ve seen a steady decrease in availability, performance and support. My site has been down or under severe performance issues (25-30 seconds to load a static page) 3 separate times in the last 6 days, and numerous times prior to that. Technical support is hideous, 20-25 minutes hold time, then they only ‘open a ticket’ and that’s it. I’ve had it. Moving will be difficult, but I’ve got to do it.

    As far as Bluehost support. They take the information about the issues (like the performance of my website is very poor), and say "thank you. I'll send this to one of the techs, we'll get back to you later....". Basically the person answering the call has very little technical info or control of anything. They can help you setup your email account, but that's about it.
