I cannot recommend BlueHost. The company I was with had nothing but problems with the site. It was constantly down, there were problems with the email server, and then they decided to upgrade the backend software, specifically Apache without even a warning email. The result caused our site to work improperly and cost us embarrassment and money. I called customer service and they tried to tell me we were hacked. After hiring a security expert, and 3 customer service calls later (2 of which they swore up and down it was our fault), Bluehost finally admitted our site was down as a direct result of there actions, which btw, they offered a whoops apology and sent us on our merry way. |
