BlueHost User Reviews And BlueHost Coupons

Eric sent in this update to his review after using BlueHost for 1.5 years now.

Now that I've had my hosting plan for over a year and a half, I am happy to say bluehost.com has still not let me down. I've contacted bluehost on a few occasions and they continually impress with their speed of service and thorough responses.

I've also had a chance to test the server under heavy loads. In addition to my cheat site, I now have a lyrics site, Lyrics Freedom, on the same plan. I was worried about this site at first, since it contains over a quarter of a million songs in the database, but so far I haven't had any problems with bogged down servers. Go navigate some of the artist pages a little and you can see the the pages load almost instantly.

One tip I'd like to share with potential bluehost customers is that the company is very flexible. Even though they don't have a shopping cart for a lot of add-ons, I've found they are willing to explain pricing options via email. For instance, you can purchase a dedicated IP for $30 a year. This lets you run background processes indefinitely. Also, you can cheaply purchase an add-on pack and have more than 6 domains associated with your plan. In summary: if you need more features or have surpassed the limits of the plan, shoot them an email and see if they can work out a deal.

I signed up for Bluehost about a month ago (February) and sofar I have been very impressed. Ive contacted their support multiple times and recieved quick responses (usually within a couple of hours).

They provide more features than any of the legitimate hosts in their price range. I was particularly drawn to the 50 MYSQL databases. Many hosts limit you to 5 or 10 databases, a tactic which I think is purely for money-making.

The only thing I have not been able to judge is how the server stands up to heavy loads. Hopefully that will come in time and I will be able to update this review. You can see how my site AZGameCheats.com runs on a Bluehost server (shameless plug, I know).
