My experience with BlueHost has been absolutely great. The system is easy enough to use that you don't normally have to actually interact with support personnel, but I did have a minor glitch in setting up an add-on domain, and their support personnel were not only responsive, but pro-active. They didn't rush me, they didn't make me feel like the problem was all my fault, and they even went a step further and provided information on how to setup additional domains prior to transfer so that I would have the absolute minimum of down-time. With 16 domains to transfer (both business and personal), that information was invaluable. I would recommend BlueHost to any individual or company who wants responsible hosting with active and responsive technical and customer support, available 24/7. I'm seriously wondering how I managed not to be their client for so long!
