Honestly they've been outstanding. I've been with them for about four years now. When I first started they didn't even have 24/7 tech support. Now they do.

Their tech support rawks btw, they're friendly, solve my problems and have a sense of humor akin to "User Friendly" the comic. I'm still with them, and I plan on sticking with them.

The last time I called in was about two weeks ago. They had moved me to a new server (something they do about once every two years). I run a voice server that requires a dedicated IP, so naturally I noticed at once when the server no longer connected. When I called in I got another gamer on the phone. After shooting the **** about the latest games, betas and whatnot, the tech had my dedicated IP set back to the original address and I went on my way. (As it turns out he runs a voice server on his webspace as well). Regardless of the time and my level of anxiety I've always had a good experience, even when it's been my own boneheadedness that caused the problem.
