Joshua has used BlueHost for over two years and here is what he had to say:
    I have been with Bluehost for almost two years and have loved the experience. My last host had multiple down times and practically non-existent support. With Bluehost, my uptime has been stupendous. There are a few times that my site does go down, such as when they were moving to a new datacenter or recently when the server unexpectedly crashed and the admin had to rebuild the OS. But these are exceptions to the exceptional amount of uptime they provide. When something does go wrong, Bluehost's Support Center allows me to simply make support tickets that are replied to within the day. For even faster support, they have a Live Chat option on their website front page that lets me get quick results or understand what is happening with my websites. And they also have a forum where Bluehost members can get together and discuss various aspects of Bluehost and web development.

    Not only that, but the president of the company, Matt Heaton, has his own website blog which lets us see what goes on behind the scenes of Bluehost, how he feels about the company, and what direction he plans to take it, among other things. It's pleasant to know that there's a real human in the CEO seat.

    And even better, they are constantly looking for ways to improve their hosting offers. I can't remember how much space was originally offered when I first signed up, but it's since ballooned from 30 GB to 300 GB of available space. And I can get all the new offers simply by request For Free.

    Overall, I am very pleased with Bluehost and will continue to come back for their great hosting service.
